Services

Bright Horizon Flower Shop provides floral arrangements, gift delivery, and event decoration services. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We accept various forms of payment including credit cards and online payment methods.
• Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For wedding and large event orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

Delivery

• We offer delivery services within our service area. Delivery fees may apply.
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Someone must be present to accept the delivery. If no one is available, we will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe place or follow any delivery instructions provided.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays and 12pm on Saturdays, subject to availability.

Substitutions

Flowers are natural products and their availability can change seasonally and due to market conditions. If a specific flower or container is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color scheme of the arrangement.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders canceled more than 48 hours before delivery will receive a full refund.
• Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery will receive a 50% refund.
• Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
• Wedding and large event deposits are non-refundable.
• If you are dissatisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for possible resolution.

Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Bright Horizon Flower Shop or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Bright Horizon Flower Shop shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services and products offered on this site, or the performance of the services and products.
